Delivery was quick, a good supplier.Service allows to recognize texts from PDF- files, images, photos without need to install any software on the computer. This version also came with an extra software package that I have not tried, I bought this package because it was a lot cheaper than the normal version 11. There were on average 3 errors in normal text per page, all highlighted, generally where spots in the printing of the original document came over as hyphens in the words. The equations of course it had difficulty with but that was expected, and I just put those in as a picture using snapshot copy from the PDF. The pictures came over as pictures, and the tables were also properly formatted and transferred as tables. It succeeded admirably - it found my open office suite itself and gave that as a destination on the menu. I did have difficulty with installation - it only succeedded on the second attempt - but then I tried it on a 21 page scanned PDF that included pictures, equations and tables, putting the result into Open Office Writer. I have used OCR software before and was not too impressed, but was encouraged by the reviews of this one.
